The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor”, “customer” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us. Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

• The content of the pages of this website is subject to change without notice. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly ‘exclude’ liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Your use of any information or materials on our website and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website and/or product pages meet your specific requirements.
• Our website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. All trademarks reproduced in our website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.
• Unauthorized and unlawful use of information provided by us shall/may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
• From time to time our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. You may not create a link to our website from another website or document without RATNAGIRI’s prior written consent.
• Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the Kolkata High Court. We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time”.

B. Products :

• All gems are guaranteed genuine based on Geological Survey of India’s (G.S.I) testing report, International Gemological Institute’s (IGI) testing report, and Gemological Institute of America’s (GIA) testing report. We do not guarantee any astrological result.
• Coral and pearl are organic stones and subject to decay. Occurrences of natural mineralogical signs such as mineral grain, feather, staining, fracture line, twining, silk etc. are common phenomena and they may be found in almost every gem.
• We do provide and recommend our affordable in-house Gemstone Ring-making and Collet services using Gold, Silver or Copper. To place such an order a 50% advance payment is mandatory.
• Delivery of the product will be initiated upon the completion of payment in full for the orders.

C. Astrology:

• Rs. 350 General Consultations are for individual customers only. Match-making service involving 2 candidates levy a fee of Rs. 400.
• Follow-up visits are FREE under 3 months from the last appointment, kindly contact us over call to get an follow-up consultation.
• For detailed and custom requirements, kindly call us so that we can better help you best. (For example if you want a full life history analysis, that takes days. And the fee is variable depending on the nature of needs).
• Kindly arrive 10 mins prior your appointment time in order to help us serve you better. Any delays beyond 10 mins from the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a forfeit or be solely at the discretion of management.
• Any payments made against appointments will reserve the requested time slot and will not be refundable after a specified time (if any). Refunds can only be claimed upon appointment cancellations from our side.

D. Others:

• Signing of the Tax Invoice by a customer implies that the merchandise has been delivered. By entering into this transaction, you have been deemed to have read and accepted all the mentioned terms & conditions
• For home deliveries, GST invoices are signed, and then the product is delivered. A government ID is needed to verify the authorised recipient by our delivery partner.
• The company is not responsible for any damage/loss of jewellery due to wear and tear or usage of the ornaments purchased by the customers.
• Customers are requested to check ornaments for any manufacturing defects before delivery from our retail outlets.
• We take no responsibility if customers do not collect their goods within three months from the assigned date of delivery. (For customer pick-up orders).
• Customers are requested to video record the unboxing of orders. The footage will justify the replacement(s) in case of any pre-existing damages, lost or missing items.
• Replacement or Return Requests are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Email us at customercare@ratnagirikolkata.com with the details.
• Price of precious metals like gold and silver will be determined/fixed on the prevailing rate(s) of the date of payment(s).
