• Kindly arrive 10 mins prior your appointment time in order to help us serve you better. Any delays beyond 10 mins from the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a forfeit or be solely at the discretion of management.
• Any payments made against appointments will reserve the requested time slot and will not be refundable. Refunds can only be claimed upon appointment cancellations from our side.
